Steve joined the Corcoran team in November 2022, building further on a distinguished career as a recognized leader in Northern Palm Beach's luxury residential real estate community. He has sold millions of dollars of luxury homes in the Northern Palm Beaches with a special emphasis on club, waterfront, and golf communities.
Clients and prospects have leveraged Steve’s background as a business, tax, and real estate attorney as well as his extensive negotiation skills and knowledge about luxury communities in the Northern Palm Beaches.

In 2024, he was distinguished with the prestigious Corcoran Gold Council status in recognition of his exceptional achievements as a top-performing real estate professional within the organization.
Steve and his wife, Beth, relocated to Admirals Cove in Jupiter, FL, from Livingston, NJ, in 1999. He has served on many Admirals Cove Club and Community Boards and Committees, including 6 years on Club’s Governing Board (2 terms as Club President and over 25 years on his property association’s board as well as MPOA committees.
Prior Experience
Prior to moving to Florida, Steve's professional experience included ownership in a:
- Law Firm Partner (Morristown NJ) with primary focus on business, tax and real estate law.
- Telecommunications Expense Management firm with offices in NY, CA, and NJ (sold to a public company).
- A sports agency representing professional athletes.
- Executive search firm placing senior management at country and golf clubs throughout the U.S. East Coast.

Steve has served in leadership roles on a number of other prominent organizations, including:
- Governing Board, Palm Beach County Sports Commission (Secretary-Treasurer; Executive Committee, Chair: Hall of Fame, Finance and Audit Committees)
- Governing Board, Children's Golf Foundation, and First Tee Gold Coast (Chairman Emeritus after serving 10 years as Chair)
- Governing Board, Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District. (3-term as Chair)
- Corporate Advisory Board, Jupiter Medical Center.
- Ambassador, Cognizant Classic in the Palm Beaches (formerly the Honda Classic).
- Former Commissioner, Town of Jupiter Planning and Zoning Commission.
- Trustee, Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
- Past Club President (and a 6-year Board Member, The Club at Admirals Cove)
